The Commonwealth is committed to transparency and timely disclosure for investors in its bonds. This website provides access to a wide range of financial documents, including official statements, investor presentations, and continuing disclosures related to the Commonwealth’s outstanding debt. This website also acts as a resource for the state issuer’s upcoming transactions.

The Massachusetts Investor Conference is held every Fall in Boston. The conference features presentations on the Massachusetts economy and panels discussing topics pertinent to the state’s credit and the credit of our statewide issuers.

Massachusetts issues bonds to fund projects contained in the state’s Capital Investment Plan. Buying Massachusetts bonds supports capital investments in every region of the Commonwealth and across all areas of government.​

The Massachusetts School Building Authority issues bonds to fund the building and repair of K-12 public school buildings across the state. As a bond issuer, they are committed to maintaining a high bond rating and being as transparent as possible.

This initiative moves millions of state dollars to qualified community banks for loans to small businesses. The capital is intended for small businesses to expand and create new jobs, stimulating economic growth in their communities.

The Economic Empowerment Trust Fund promotes the long-term economic stability of all Massachusetts residents by providing education and resources for financial understanding. Funding comes from appropriations from the state, grant funding, and charitable/private contributions.
